Today Vizrt Ltd. has signed Heads of Agreement to purchase Escenic AS. 65% of the shareholders in Escenic have signed the agreement, and the remaining shareholders will receive the same offer. Escenic has 71 employees in seven countries and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – March 12, 2008 – Omneon, Inc. and Vizrt, Ltd. announced that their flagship products for active storage and media asset management, the MediaGrid™ and the Viz Ardome™ family respectively, have been integrated and successfully tested together. The combined systems deliver a streamlined workflow for media operations, with Omneon media servers providing ingest and playout functionality, the MediaGrid acting as central storage, and the Viz Ardome system overseeing all management of media operations, directing the flow from ingest through archiving including production and playout.

The Company achieved record revenues of USD 86.5M compared to USD 63.4M for 2006, an increase of 37%, as well as record EBIT of USD 16.7M and record net profit of USD 16.0M.

(Frankfurt Prime Standard, Oslo Main List: VIZ) announces today that the Company has signed a deal, worth USD 1.1 million for the delivery of a media asset management (MAM) solution to a large North American sports network. The order follows on a previous USD 400,000 contract, signed in late 2007, lifting the total order volume to USD 1.5 million.

The most recent deal is with a Central European broadcaster who is acquiring a MAM-system for a total value in excess of USD 2 million. The system will be delivered and installed over the coming three to four quarters.
