On March 5, 2012 employees of Vizrt Ltd. exercised 1,000 options into shares at 0.24 USD per share. The options were part of the Company's Stock Option Plan. The shares are validly and legally issued and fully paid for.

 

Following the above exercise of options, the total number of shares outstanding in Vizrt Ltd. has increased to 66,173,191.
