Chairman of the board, Svein Ove Strømmen, of Vizrt Ltd., has today, January 31st, 2008, after the closing of the stock exchange, closed a forward contract for 2,215,500 shares in Vizrt Ltd., by acquiring the shares at Euro 4.2656 per Share in accordance with the terms of the forward contract.
The total number of shares and options, owned and controlled, directly by Svein Ove Strømmen, and indirectly through IsInvest AS, remains unchanged at 2,382,795 shares and 22,500 options, respectively, following this transaction.`
At the same time, CEO, Bjarne Berg, of Vizrt Ltd., has extended a forward contract for 67,500 shares in Vizrt Ltd. with delivery of the shares on January 30st, 2009 at a price of Euro 6,1995 per share.
The total number of shares and options, owned and controlled, directly by Bjarne Berg, and indirectly through Montanus Holding AS, remains unchanged at 1,957,476 shares and 22,500 options, respectively, following this transaction.

Extension of Forward Contract
On Wednesday August 15th, at trade closing, Chairman of the Board Svein Ove Strømmen, through his company Isinvest AS, has extended the forward contract with the equivalent of 55,341 shares in Vizrt at NOK 125,2913. This forward contract is extended until August 15, 2008. The total sum of shares directly and indirectly owned and controlled by Svein Ove Strømmen, remains unchanged per the continuation of the forward contract. Svein Ove Strømmen and Isinvest continue to own and control the sum total of 794,265 shares in Vizrt.
On Wednesday August 15th, at trade closing, CEO Bjarne Berg, has extended the forward contract with the equivalent of 47,000 shares in Vizrt at NOK 125,2913. This forward contract is extended until August 15, 2008. The total sum of shares directly and indirectly owned and controlled by Bjarne Berg, remains unchanged per the continuation of the forward contract. Bjarne Berg and Montanus AS continue to own and control the sum total of 652,492 shares in Vizrt.
Styreformann Svein Strømmen gjennomførte ved børsslutt onsdag 15.08.07 gjennom sitt sitt selskap Isinvest AS en forlengelse av terminkontrakter tilsvarende 55.341 aksjer i Vizrt. Terminkontraktene er forlenget frem til 15.08.2008 med en terminkurs på NOK 125,2913.
Den samlede beholdning av eide og kontrollerte aksjer for Svein Ove Strømmen direkte og indirekte er uforandret som følge av forlengelsen av terminkontrakten.

VIZ - Executive VP Sales has Exercised Options & sold Shares
Mr. David Zerah, Executive VP Sales, has exercised 22,500 options in Vizrt Ltd. at an exercise price of USD 0.79 per share, and sold the shares at a price of Euro 18.8026 per share.
The options were part of the company’s option plan. As a result of this exercise David Zerah has 105,500 remaining options connected to this program.
Following the above exercise of options the total shares out standing in Vizrt has increased to 20,598,482

Vizrt Chairman of the Board, President & CEO and Board Member Exercised Options
On June 8th, 2007, after the closing of the stock exchanges, Svein Ove Strommen, Chairman, Bjarne Berg, President & CEO, and Gerhard Heiberg, Board Member, have exercised each 22,500 options into shares at an exercise price of USD 7.9 per share.
Subsequently, Svein Ove Strømmen and Bjarne Berg have sold the 22,500 shares at a price of 17.00 Euro per share, and entered into a forward contract for 22,500 shares with delivery of the shares in January 31st, 2008 at a price of 17.7387 Euro per share.
Consequently the number of shares in Vizrt Ltd. owned and controlled directly and indirectly by the three above mentioned directors were increase by 22,500 shares each.
The options were part of the company’s option plan and as a result of the said exercise Strommen, Berg and Heiberg have 7,500 options remaining connected to the program.
Following the said transactions;(i) Strommen owns and controls directly and indirectly a total of 794,265 shares, equivalent to 3.86% (ii) Berg owns and controls directly and indirectly a total of 652,492 shares, equivalent to 3.17% and, (iii) Heiberg owns and controls directly a total of 28,500 shares, equivalent to 0.14%.
Following the above exercise of options, the total shares outstanding in Vizrt Ltd. has increased to 20,571,062.

VIZ – Curious Software Ltd. Earn-Out
Reference is made to the acquisition of Curious Software Ltd. by Vizrt June 1, 2005 and the associated PR, the first and second earn-out notifications dated November 9, 2005 and February 22, 2006, respectively. Based on the performance and delivery of all milestones, Curious former shareholders have earned a third earn-out in an amount of 212,597 shares. Furthermore, per the agreement, exceeding the earn-out milestones, Curious former shareholders have earned a fourth and final bonus allocation of 86,845 shares.
During the months of May & June 2006, to date, employees of Vizrt Ltd. exercised 4,400 options as part of the company’s option plan.
Consequently the total number of shares out standing in Vizrt has increased to 19,985,807.

VIZ – Curious Software Ltd. Earn-Out
Reference is made to the acquisition of Curious Software Ltd. by Vizrt June 1, 2005 and the associated PR and the first earn-out notification dated November 9, 2005. Based on the performance and delivery of certain milestones as of November 2005, Curious shareholders have earned 190,365 shares, equivalent to 27.4% of the earn-out in addition to the 291,800 shares earned as of September 2005. Consequently the total number of shares out standing in Vizrt has increased to 16,640,764.

Vizrt Ltd. to issue 2,912,790 Ordinary shares to Ardendo shareholders subject to the completion of the transaction
Following the announcement of December 21, 2005, on the signing of a Letter of Intent between Vizrt Ltd. (Frankfurt Prime Standard, Oslo Main List: VIZ) and privately held Ardendo AB of Sweden for Vizrt to acquire all outstanding shares in Ardendo for exchange of 2,912,790 Ordinary Shares of Vizrt.
The calculation of the amount of shares was based on an average of the closing price of Vizrt shares at Frankfurt Stock Exchange for 20 trading days prior to signing the LOI.
The closing of the deal is subject to satisfactory Due Diligence of both companies, as well as approval by the boards of Vizrt and Ardendo.

Reference is maid to the acquisition of Curious Software Ltd. by Vizrt June 1 and the associated PR. Based on the performance and delivery of certain milestones as of September 2005, Curious shareholders have earned 291,800 shares, equivalent to 42% of the earn out.
Consequently the total shares out standing in Vizrt has increased to 16,322,818.

VIZ – CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD, CEO AND CHAIRMAN OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE HAS EXERCISED OPTIONS
Chairman of the board Svein Ove Strømmen has today exercised all his 101,250 options in Vizrt Ltd. at an exercise price of US$ 0.55 per share. Thus, he has increased his holding of Vizrt shares with 101,250 shares. The options were part of the company’s option plan. As a result of this exercise Strømmen has no more options connected to this program.
Following this transaction, Svein Ove Strømmen owns and controls directly and indirectly through IsInvest AS a total of 871,765 shares in Vizrt, equivalent to approximately 5.44%. Consequently, this is also an announcement that the 5% flagging threshold has been passed.
CEO Bjarne Berg has today exercised all his 60,000 options in Vizrt Ltd. at an exercise price of US$ 0.55 per share. Thus, he has increased his holding of Vizrt shares with 60,000 shares. The options were part of the company’s option plan. As a result of this exercise Berg has no more options connected to this program. Following this transaction, Bjarne Berg owns and controls directly and indirectly through Montanus AS a total of 729,992 shares in Vizrt, equivalent to approximately 4.55%.
Chairman of the audit committee Yaron Sheinman has today exercised all his 101,250 options in Vizrt Ltd. at an exercise price of US$ 0.55 per share. Thus, he has increased his holding of Vizrt shares with 101,250 shares. The options were part of the company’s option plan. As a result of this exercise Sheinman has no more options connected to this program. Following this transaction, Yaron Sheinman owns and controls directly a total of 657,762 shares in Vizrt, equivalent to approximately 4.10%.
Following the above exercise of options the total shares out standing in Vizrt has increased to 16,031,018.
