Vizrt Online (Escenic) joins Vizrt support system

The Vizrt Online (Escenic) support team is moving to a new support system over the weekend of 16th-18th of December.

From then on, our e-mail address will be support.online_at_vizrt.com.   The old e-mail address will remain operational, but we recommend switching  to the new address immediately. There will be a brief period during the transition when automatic replies will not be sent, but normal service should be resumed within 24 hours.  A Vizrt Online support engineer will in any case respond to your ticket as soon as possible.

The old web portal at support.escenic.com will be inaccessible from December 19th. 2011, and replaced by a new portal at portal.vizrt.com. All current support cases have been migrated to the new system.
