Vizrt Ltd. today announces that on the GM held August 27, 2009, two new members were appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors. The new members are Mr. Anders Lidbeck and Mr. Frode Strand-Nielsen. Mr. Svein Ove Strommen, Mr. John Ranelagh and Mr. Tore Sviland were re-elected to continue to serve on the Board of Directors for the coming year. The external Directors, Mrs. Dalia Rabin and Mr. Bjorn Olafsson continue to serve on the Board of Directors and were not up for election as the nomination of external directors is for a three year period.

Ofra Brown resumes CFO Position – Martin Burkhalter appointed COO

Vizrt today announces changes to the management of the Company. Ofra Brown, having served as Vizrt’s CFO for over seven years until February of this year, has agreed to return into the position of CFO with immediate effect. Paal Tønsberg, who held the position since February, is leaving the Company to assume the role of CFO in another Norwegian company.

Bergen, Norway, May 27, 2009, The Board of Vizrt Ltd. (Frankfurt Prime Standard, Oslo Main List: VIZ) today announces that as the Company does not currently have a nomination committee elected by its shareholders, the Board has decided to establish an ad-hoc nomination committee which will assist the Board with the proposal concerning the composition of the Board of Directors.

Bergen, Norway, May 26, 2009. Vizrt Ltd. announces that Yaron Sheinman, member of the Board of Directors for the past 15 years and a founder of the company, has decided to resign from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Vizrt Ltd. with immediate effect.

Vizrt Reports Q1 2009 Results

Application to be Submitted for Frankfurt Delisting

Bergen, Norway, May 14, 2009. Following a resolution by its Board of Directors, Vizrt Ltd. (“Vizrt”) is to submit an application for the delisting of Vizrt shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (the “FSE”). Following such delisting, Vizrt’s shares will continue to be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (the “OSE”), providing Vizrt’s shareholders with access to a regulated market, allowing them to continue trading in the Company’s shares.

Bergen, Norway, May 4th 2009 Vizrt Ltd. (Frankfurt Prime Standard, Oslo Main List: VIZ). Vizrt announced today that the global economic crisis has resulted in a radical restructuring of the company’s marketing plans for the rest of the year. Following lower than expected visitor numbers at NAB, Vizrt will now have a presence at many more local conventions and markets as well as going on the road for a campaign of regional roadshows. However, one of the casualties of these changes will be Vizrt’s attendance at IBC in September 2009.
