Change in the Board of Directors
Bergen, Norway, May 26, 2009. Vizrt Ltd. announces that Yaron Sheinman, member of the Board of Directors for the past 15 years and a founder of the company, has decided to resign from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Vizrt Ltd. with immediate effect.
Mr. Yaron Sheinman noted that after so many years in office in which he has had an opportunity to contribute to the growth and business achievement of the company he believes it is time to move on to other endeavors.
