Establishes Ad Hoc Nomination Committee

The ad-hoc nomination committee consists of the following members:

Tore Mengshoel, Porteføljeforvalter, Orkla ASA. Total holding of Vizrt, Ltd. shares by Orkla ASA about 10.00 %.

Albert Collett, Nordic Head of Fundamental Equity, Alfred Berg Kapitalforvaltning AS. Total holding of Vizrt, Ltd. shares by various Alfred Berg Funds about 8.3 %.

Jarl Ulvin, Investeringsdirektør, Odin Forvaltning AS. Total holding of Vizrt, Ltd. shares by various Odin Funds about 6.3 %.

Hogne I Tyssøy, Partner Forvalter, Holberg Fondene. Total holding of Vizrt, Ltd. shares by various Holberg Funds about 3.3 %.

During the course of its work, the nomination committee will contact the larger shareholders of Vizrt in order to receive suggestions for directors.

Shareholders who wish to provide suggestions to nomination committee may also contact the committee directly, through Hogne Tyssøy, who will serve as the Chairman of the ad-hoc committee, as follows:

The nomination committee has been requested to propose candidates to the board of directors of Vizrt, preferably by June 30th, 2009, and no later than by July 15th, 2009, to meet the deadline for the notice of the ordinary annual general meeting.

At the ordinary annual general meeting of Vizrt, the Board intends to propose the election of a shareholder appointed nomination committee.

Further information about this, as well as information about the proposal from the nomination committee, will be distributed in connection with the notice of the annual general meeting.
