Escenic Content Studio 5 allows journalist to easily create stories that contain a wide range of media types. Images, can be combined with charts, maps and video, and adding teasers to new stories does not take more than a few mouse clicks.

Vizrt, a leading provider of content production tools for the digital media industry , announced today that PGA TOUR Productions is purchasing the Viz Ardome media asset management (MAM) software to manage its HD and SD content.

Application to be Submitted for Frankfurt Delisting

Bergen, Norway, May 14, 2009. Following a resolution by its Board of Directors, Vizrt Ltd. (“Vizrt”) is to submit an application for the delisting of Vizrt shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (the “FSE”). Following such delisting, Vizrt’s shares will continue to be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (the “OSE”), providing Vizrt’s shareholders with access to a regulated market, allowing them to continue trading in the Company’s shares.
