Viz Upload is a Windows-based tool for uploading files to an existing rundown,
to a project, or an existing item in Viz Ardome
In environments that require high-speed workflows such as news production, a
wide range of user groups demand the ability to ingest material direct from
their desktops. Viz Upload was created to facilitate this requirement and
allows ingest of desktop based files including P2 and HD into Viz Ardome.
Viz Upload is a Windows-based tool for uploading files to an existing rundown,
to a
project, or an existing item in Viz Ardome. Created to facilitate the planning
task of creating a program, the user can easily upload different types of
files such as video, audio and image based files with connecting metadata
from employee workstations to the Viz Ardome MAM system. Able to be uploaded
to a specific rundown or project, content is then searchable and available
for every connected user. With editable metadata, it is easily configurable
and
adaptable to the individual demands of the media environment. And with it's
fast uploading process, files are immediately available for all users
connected to the rundown and instantly searchable within the Viz Ardome MAM
system.
