Update to the latest Vizrt product releases.
All included
A product update release package includes all the relevant installation files (product, plug-ins package, scripts and more), an informative release-notes file documenting the new features and bug fixes introduced in the release, installation instructions and readme files, containing important installation information.
All major version releases are followed by updated documentation (user manual, guides, tutorials), released together with the updates.
Announcement
Vizrt publicly announces all product updates when released. Announcements describe the main new features, major fixes and who the updates are recommended for.
Vizrt may announce specific versions (hotfix release updates) directly to certain customers if they are relevant to solve a specific problem. These personal announcements will be given over the phone, by e-mail or as a recommended solution to a case opened in the Vizrt Customer Portal.
Release Frequency
Minor releases for all Vizrt software are scheduled twice a yearl, normally around the major broadcast trade show times in September and April. Maintenance and hotfix releases may be recommended for specific customers in between official releases.
