This is the release notes for Viz World (VW) version 11.1.1, and it describes the changes that have been done to the software since Viz World version 11.1.0.

- Map server now supports moving of locations from database.
- Cached images where not deleted.
- Adding borders from shape file sometimes broke world borders.
- Sometimes when a desktop theme is configured as Classic and not as an XP theme, the Viz World Maps Editor (WME) can take a very long time to open. If this happens, change the desktop theme to XP.
- A base map's geographical boundaries should not exceed 360 degrees longitude and 180 degrees latitude. To achieve this a correct pixel aspect ratio should be used ( unprojected 2*1 Mercator 1*1 )
- The Map Builder wizard sometimes opens behind Viz Artist and “Alt+Tab” is needed to bring it up front.
- Using map server in service mode might conflict with the use of proxy. If experiencing problems connecting to Bing (while using proxy) try switching to console mode.
- When using vector data on terrain (lines / roads / borders) and changing any of the terrain parameters, the Force New button should be used in order for the vector data to take the changes into account.
- 3D Region plugin's halo effect does not work with 3D Region’s extrusion setting(s).
- Pyramid Control plugin's color correction mode is not working with terrain geometry destinations.
- Pyramid Control plugin's "auto arrange by resolution" does not work with the 3D layers of the C3D Terrain plugin.
- In Transition logic workflow maps do not get initialised.
- In Transition logic workflow you cannot see two (2) destinations in the same image.
- Silent install with /s only is not supported. use an ISS file (/s /f1”My_File_Name.iss” ).
