Using Vizrt Online support

Escenic Support joined the Vizrt support system on December 19th. 2011.

Support issues concerning Vizrt Online products (Escenic) can be communicated to the dedicated Escenic support team either by mail to support.online_at_vizrt.com or through the Customer & Partner Portal.

Cases sent by mail are automatically registered in the Vizrt Support system. Customers are then encouraged to log on to the Customer & Partner Portal to track the status and progress of the open support tickets, add information or communicate about the cases directly with the support team.

To register as a user of the Customer & Partner Portal, send an e-mail to support.online_at_vizrt.com. In the mean time, you can register support cases using the Support Contact Form.

The Vizrt Documentation Center (Online section)

The documentation center is publicly available and no login is required.
