A choice of comprehensive support packages provides our customers with exactly that level of support that best suits their needs.
Please note that VizCare offerings are currently available to graphics customers only. Unified support offerings covering all Vizrt products will be introduced later in 2011.
Bundled with the first purchase of a new Vizrt product or solutions comes the Initial support of twelve months. The provided support level – Silver, Gold, or Platinum – is defined by the customer’s needs. The Initial Support responds to the challenges of the start-up time ensuring a successful launch of the newly purchased Vizrt product and helps customers to utilize its capabilities.
After the Initial support term, customers are encouraged to extend the run time of their contract, or choose to change to a different support level. Extended VizCare Packs are designed as long-term support offerings, targeted at the requirements of customers already operating a Vizrt solution. It takes consideration to the dynamic needs and requirements of a running environment and offers a close support relationship with Vizrt experts.

The programs take into consideration the needs of local TV stations as well as the demands of large networks that operate multiple channels.
Top-level support for the most challenging broadcast environments. VizCare Platinum is Vizrt’s top-level support program. It is tailored to meet the challenging, immediate and extensive support needs of the biggest channels and networks.
VizCare Gold represents Vizrt’s medium-level support offering. It is designed for broadcasters that depend on Vizrt products and solutions for on-air as well as in the production process and require speedy assistance with challenging support needs.
