Viz Virtual Studio Design

Learn the different approaches of virtual set and virtual graphics design and work with real dimensions, tracked cameras, virtual set effects and functions, obstructing objects, video walls and more.

 

In this course, attendees will learn the different approaches of virtual set and virtual graphics design. Topics include adjusting to real dimensions and working with tracked cameras, virtual set effects and functions, obstructing objects, video walls and more. Attendees will learn how to create virtual space and animate objects in a virtual studio, match a real studio to a virtual one and learn to plan different studio locations in one set.

At the end of the course, participants will understand the importance of lighting and shadow mapping in a virtual studio set, textures and shader effects, "Channel Branding" in Viz Virtual Studio and "Immersive Graphics" (virtual objects into a live environment).

The course will also cover all terms related to working with virtual set technology that must be referred to while modeling, including Cyc and Co-cyc, Real time performance and optimization, Key modes and more.

This course is typically held over two days.
