What’s included in our product lifecycle process?

Maintenance mode

For two years following a product’s end-of-sale date, we provide essential services such as bug fixes, patches, and maintenance releases. You’ll continue to have access to self-help tools and the Vizrt Forum.

End-of-Life

After the maintenance period, a product officially reaches End-of-Life (EOL). While perpetual licenses allow ongoing use, no further development, system updates, or bug fixes will be provided.
