This April, we’re celebrating two decades of TriCaster—20 years of powering live productions, breaking creative boundaries, and bringing stories to life. From broadcasters to content creators, TriCaster has been the trusted tool behind some of the most dynamic productions worldwide. 

To mark this milestone, we’re giving away two free TriCasters Mini S’ with Laptops—as a thank-you to the incredible storytellers who have made this journey unforgettable. 

Want to be part of the celebration? Read on to find out how you can win. 

How to Enter

To enter this sweepstake you need to follow a couple of simple steps:

  • Fill out this Form to let us know your details
  • Post a birthday wish to TriCaster on either X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn or Facebook using the hashtag #TriCasterTurns20 and tag @Vizrt. Make sure your social media profile is public so we can see your entry!
  • Bonus Tip: Want to boost your chances? Get creative! Share a memory, a photo with a TriCaster, or—if you’re at NAB—snap a pic at the Vizrt booth. The more unique, the better!

PS. The first winner will be announced at NAB so only those individuals coming to NAB can participate. The second sweepstakes is open to enter online considering you meet the eligibility criteria listed below.

Sweepstakes Timeline

1st TriCaster Sweepstake – LIVE at NAB!

  • Where? NAB Show, TriCaster 20th Birthday Social Hour
  • When? Monday, April 7 at 5:00 PM 
  • Who can enter? Only people present at the NAB show are eligible for the first sweepstakes.
  • How to enter? Fill out the entry form + post on social media as described above. Head to the ‘TriCaster 20th Birthday Social Hour‘ on April 7th, 5:00 PM at Booth W3031
  • The prize will be given away at the NAB show, during Vizrt’s Soical Hour, on the 7th of April.

2nd TriCaster Sweepstake – Online!

  • Where? Announced on Vizrt’s social media. 
  • When? April 18 – TriCaster’s official birthday!  
  • Who can enter? Anyone above the age of 18 in the United States can enter.
    (Check T&C below for details)
  • How to enter? Simply fill the form and post your birthday wish using #TriCasterTurns20 + tag @Vizrt. (No event attendance required!) 
  • The prize will be shipped to the winner.

Eligibility

1. The sweepstake is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

2. Employees of Vizrt, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. 

Entry Limitations

Participants may submit one (1) entry per social media platform. 
Duplicate posts, automated entries, or entries submitted through bot activity will be disqualified. 

Prize Details

Grand Prize: One (1) TriCaster Mini S + An ASUS TUF F15 laptop.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitutions will be allowed, except at Vizrt’s sole discretion in case of unavailability. 

Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. 
The drawing will take place within seven business days after the sweepstakes ends. 
Winners will be notified via email.

Timeline

Start Date: 21 March
End Date: 18 April 
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST, on the end date. Late entries will not be accepted. 

Additional Terms 

By entering, participants grant Vizrt permission to use, reproduce, repost, and share their social media posts including text, photos, audio, and/or videos (the “Content”) on Vizrt’s social media channels and other promotional platforms, without additional compensation. Participants are responsible for ensuring that any Content is publicly shareable and does not infringe on third-party rights.

1. Vizrt is not responsible for late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical issues or any other reason. 
2. Vizrt reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activity. 
3. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Don’t forget to include:
  • 1. Document Overview list view is handy to have open so you can see labeled areas indicating where some edits can be made
  • 2. Slug is the URL. Once you save a draft with a page title, it defaults to that unless you edit it. Editing the slug URL to be more concise is a benefit at times.
  • 3. Meta Description is an SEO-friendly description.
  • 4. Keyphrase Synonyms is where the bulk of your keywords will go. Separate each keyword or phrase with a comma. These are all supporting keywords to the Main Keyphrase (see item #7).
  • 5. Featured image: This is part of the meta-data and auto-populates any query card image on hub pages. Page Titles and Subheadings are also elements needed to populate query cards and metadata.
  • 6. Excerpt This auto-populates on query card text. If left empty, it will default to the first bit of text on the page. This can be the same as the Meta description.
  • 7. Focus Keyphrase is the main Keyword. The inputs for this and the supporting keywords are in slightly separate areas, making it a little confusing.
