6 July 2023: Media Sequencer 5.5 is a feature upgrade for customers running Media Sequencer 5.4 or older.
This upgrade contains many improvements including functionality for new features in several other Vizrt products: Viz Multiplay, Viz Mosart and Viz Arc. There are also updates to the Media Sequencer REST API which now supports requesting and releasing MOS rundowns, as well as creating and editing profiles including videowalls. The API also allows creating and modifying templates.
For users who develop and maintain their own integrations to Media Sequencer, the built-in documentation has been modernized to provide easier search, improved information, and more clarity.
