Since 2015, Anthony Contreras has worked at Mediacorp (Channel NewsAsia) in Singapore. Anthony specializes in creating Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality graphics. He is also experienced in creating on-air/templated graphics using Transition Logic and Template Wizard. Anthony has been a Vizrt designer for over 7 years and has worked for various news channels in Manila (Solar News, 9 News and CNN Philippines ).
In 2009, he graduated from Ateneo De Naga University, in the Philippines, with a degree in Digital Illustration and Animation. He earned another degree in Business Administration in 2003. Anthony started his career as a 3D artist and Vfx artist and was given the opportunity to work for various platforms such as Films, TV Series, TV Ads, Gaming and in Architectural Rendering. Anthony’s educational and career background has given him a lot of skill sets, ranging from graphic design, motion graphics, Vfx (compositing, rotoscoping, 2D/3D tracking, chroma and effects) and 3D animation (modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting and rendering).
