Vizrt bug fix release generic 3

5 May 2023: Media Sequencer 5.6 is a feature upgrade for customers running Media Sequencer 5.5 or older.

This upgrade contains many new features, most notably support for secure communication in MOS enabled newsrooms using the latest MOS4 protocol. The Vizrt Gateway, which is part of Media Sequencer, now supports this important update to the MOS protocol and allows the option to configure secure communication. 

There are also updates to functionality for Viz Multiplay and improvements in the Media Sequencer REST API.
